Many students want to start their new careers as soon as possible. Dorsey Schools offers several short-term training programs which can be completed in one year or less. Students can complete their training in a relatively short period of time, followed by help from Career Services as they make their way into the workforce. Each program’s curriculum is designed and dedicated to assist them in learning the skills needed for their chosen career.

Since many of our classes have a maximum of a 30:1 student-to-teacher ratio, as a student you will receive personal attention and one-on-one guidance through your career training studies to strengthen your ability to succeed. In most cases, you will have the opportunity to learn by way of both lectures and lab settings. This gives you and your fellow students the opportunity to put the skills and theories you are learning into practice. Many of the programs at Dorsey Schools include an externship prior to graduation, in order for students to gain hands-on experience in the real-world career environments they will encounter upon graduation.
