Teacher Appreciation Day at Dorsey Schools!
Tuesday May 3rd is National Teacher Appreciation Day! Teachers play such an important role in all of our lives. Each of us can think back and likely have at least one teacher that has made a positive and profound impact on us at one point in time or another. Often thought of as coaches, mentors, and even family, we want to give a huge shout out to all of the hard working teachers here at Dorsey Schools. Our teachers work tirelessly on a daily basis to help our students progress in their career training programs and we are truly appreciative of all they do!
In celebration of Teacher Appreciation Day, we wanted to share some quotes from Dorsey students and graduates about their teachers here at Dorsey. Check out the quotes below from students/graduates from various Dorsey Schools programs and campuses!

“My favorite memory was my hardest day of school. I had a big expectation when we started venipuncture class because I had experience cannulating my mom for the dialysis. This night I was having such a hard time getting blood and I broke down and cried. Mr. Bentley took me to the side and told me to take a deep breath and calm down. He said there are going to be good days and bad days and that I would get the hang of it. I went back to class and I finally got it and I was so proud of myself.
